Relationships between airborne pollutants, serum albumin adducts and short-term health outcomes in an experimental crossover study

Sera from the Oxford Street II air pollution study were analysed using untargeted adductomics.

Amounts of some adducts were associated with ambient concentrations of particulate matter.

There were also associations with measures of lung health and arterial stiffness.

Adducts did not appear to link exposures to short-term health outcomes.
